Lauren Cubellis

Owner | Trainer | Dietitian

Since 2014, Lauren has been coaching individuals of all ages and varying athletic abilities. With a diverse background in many areas of fitness including bodybuilding, CrossFit, powerlifting, and Olympic lifting - Lauren loves to incorporate variety into the gym’s programs.

Lauren is also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and recent Master's graduate of The Ohio State University. As a RDN, Lauren works to rid the fitness industry of harmful fad diets and gimmicks, and promotes science-backed and sustainable nutrition methods that support long-term health and well-being.

Grace Thomas

Coach | Trainer | Dietetic Intern

Grace is a recent graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion, Nutrition and Exercise Science. While at Ohio State, Grace competed all four years as a Division I athlete in Varsity Cross Country and Track & Field. During this time, she further expanded her knowledge in nutrition, exercise and personal well-being.

Grace is continuing her education as a graduate student at Ohio State in the sports dietetics and nutrition program. Grace is so excited to be working on the other side of athletics to be able teach others how to incorporate balance, intuitive exercise, and a healthy mindset into their lives!

Quintin Power

Coach | Trainer

Quintin is an undergraduate student at Otterbein University where he's pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, with a dual-minor in nutrition and business administration. Through his field experiences at Otterbein, Quintin has increased his knowledge of exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness.

While Quintin loves many areas of fitness, he largely enjoys strength training. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, and watching a variety of sports. Quintin is passionate about helping others reach their health and fitness goals and he is excited for the opportunity to work with you!

Tyler Watling 

Coach | Trainer

Tyler received his Personal Training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine in 2021. He graduated from the University of Akron in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He moved to Columbus from Cleveland in 2019 where he now works as the Engineering Manager for a local HVAC company. However, he recently decided to pursue his PT certification so he could follow his passion for health and wellness.

Tyler is driven to continually learn more about the industry and science of fitness. He is looking forward to sharing that knowledge with others in hopes to improve their own understanding of the field, as well as the application of it into their lives long-term. In his free time, Tyler stays active by playing golf and basketball, hiking, and watching sports.

Caroline Fruhling

Sports Dietitian

Caroline is a fitness and sports dietitian with a passion for empowering athletes and active individuals to fuel for performance and lead healthy lives. She believes that nutrition should be enjoyable, sustainable (no quick-fixes here!) and easy to adapt to fit all the different seasons in your sport (or life).

Caroline is a Columbus native, and a two-time graduate from The Ohio State University holding bachelors and master’s degrees in dietetics/sports nutrition. Her background includes developing and managing nutrition programs for top Division 1 NCAA and professional sports organizations. She has worked with hundreds of athletes to help them reach their performance goals through individualized nutrition counseling and education.

Amanda Johnson

Coach | Trainer | Dietetic Intern

Amanda graduated from John Carroll University in May of 2020 with her Bachelor's of Arts in Exercise Science. While at John Carroll, Amanda completed a strength and conditioning internship working with youth athletes to prepare them for their upcoming season.

Amanda is continuing her education as a graduate student at The Ohio State University  to receive her Master's in Dietetics and Nutrition. She will graduate in May of 2022 to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Amanda is excited to continue to merge her passion of strength and conditioning with nutrition. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and trying new restaurants!
